I had standard double room that also was complete with extra towel, the hardest bed. The staff was helpful and amicable without being intrusive. The location of the hotel was magnificent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Smart & Final.

Great location, great food, very friendly staff. Love the decor of the hotel.
Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the people next to you to the people walking down the halls.

It was pleasant.
The fact that there is not an iron available is really ridiculous. My husband went to use the iron they had available up front at the lobby and it did not work.

Absolutely loved the beachfront access and the small heated pool-perfect for a quick dip! The view from our room was just stunning and made up for the rock-hard bed.
If you fancy waking up with a backache, this place is a winner!

It is in front of the beach and it is awesome to get up with seaviews. Some of the reception desk staff are so nice and helpful. Others are not at all. The breakfast room service was excellent.
It was so cold in the rooms. It was an old room and the shower was difficult to adjust.Sometimes the water burnt sometimes it was cold. The light in the restroom was not working well.

A surprising escape by the sea
The ocean view from my room was amazing. Each morning greeted me with the soothing sound of waves. The staff were genuinely attentive and friendly.
I was disappointed with the outdated furniture and cleanliness of the room. The noise from the walls made it hard to relax, as I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

A Perfect Getaway with Wonderful Hospitality!
The Pacific Tower offered fine views, and the staff, especially Fermin, were pretty good in making us feel at home. Don't miss the onsite dining, the seafood was fantastic! Tip, request a room on a higher floor for the best views.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach. While the lobby and pool areas were beautiful, the rooms needed significant updates, with worn furnishings and inconsistent service. Despite these drawbacks, the peaceful environment made it an enjoyable stay overall.

perfect base for weekend city strolls and delicious dining options
I loved the lovely ocean view and the grand lobby, which really set a charming tone for my stay. Being just a few steps from several fantastic dining options like Azteca Restaurant made it so easy to explore local flavors without straying far from the beach. It's ideal for anyone who enjoys a spacious resort atmosphere while being able to wander through the nearby art galleries and parks at their leisure.
